Whether it is a new allocation or an old favorite, below you will find our most recent additions to the diverse selection at K&L Wine Merchants. We receive new opportunities weekly, from direct imports to local distributors to carefully inspected back-vintage collections—read on for the best of this week's discoveries. The hits keep on coming, as our Domestic Wine Buyer, Ryan Woodhouse, is on fire with these new finds. Check out the list below for a few highlights, but one that's not to be missed is 2016 Amapola Creek Cuvée Alis at over 50% off. This beauty of a GSM makes the most of a terrific 2016 vintage, is drinking beautifully now with a long life ahead, has a WA93 to its name, and comes from one of the top producers in the region. All this for under $20! Next up is a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it parcel of Clos de la Roilette's 2022s, an annual bestseller from a great vintage. Their Fleurie is described as "a great young vintage of Clos de la Roilette" in a 94+ point review by John Gilman, who also mused about the promise of the 95+ point Cuvée Tardive. Both are available at shockingly low prices, one of the many reasons they sell out quickly after they arrive each year. From Bordeaux, a reload of the 2010 Lynch-Bages offers an opportunity to revisit one of Pauillac's top releases as it begins to enter a long, extended drinking window. Once a wine full of promise in its first decade, it is now delivering the goods in the midst of its second. A shining example of the estate, this new parcel is set to arrive in late October and will be a brilliant complement to any celebration this fall.
