This tasting explores the full breadth of Australian wine, showcasing its often-underrepresented regions and the winemakers who define its character. We’ll journey as far down under as we can go, to the cool, mist-laden vineyards of Tasmania, where mineral-driven wines whisper the land’s secrets. Meanwhile, the deep-rooted vines of Barossa Valley hold memories of generations past, their fruit speaking in bold, unyielding tones. We’ll journey through Rutherglen, where time thickens in the barrel, turning Muscat into something almost eternal, while in Adelaide Hills, the restless spirit of innovation pushes boundaries with precision and grace. This tasting isn’t just about regions or grape varieties—it showcases some of Australia’s best producers who trust the land, listen to its rhythms, and transform its gifts into something worth sharing.
