The iconic Domaine de la Grange des Pères revolutionized winemaking in the region when Laurent Vaillé, after apprenticing at Jean-François Coche-Dury and Gérard Chave, established his estate in 1992 on the challenging, rocky slopes of L'Hérault. Wine enthusiasts attending this tasting will experience firsthand how Vaillé's meticulous approach has earned his Vin de Pays de l'Hérault cult status among collectors worldwide. We’ll also feature the extraordinary 1965 Domaine Saint-Michel Rivesaltes, a beautifully preserved bottling from a nearly forgotten era and a testament to the region's remarkable ability to produce age-worthy fortified wines that develop profound complexity over decades. This tasting celebrates how the often-underappreciated Languedoc-Roussillon's diverse terroirs continue to redefine the boundaries of French winemaking.

The Collector's Cabinet: Unlocking Rare Gems Saturday, March 29th  Join us for a celebration of some of the world’s finest wines. Our Private Client Services lead, Chelsea Herholdt, has created an exclusive tasting that presents an array of cult-collectibles, along with a few selections that we believe deserve a place in the finest cellars. This extraordinary opportunity allows attendees to experience multiple benchmark collectibles in a single setting.
