Whether it is a new allocation or an old favorite, below you will find our most recent additions to the diverse selection at K&L Wine Merchants. We receive new opportunities weekly, from direct imports to local distributors to carefully inspected back-vintage collections—read on for the best of this week's discoveries. Speaking of new discoveries, there's no better place to find them than in person at one of our weekly in-store tastings. Please see our Local Events page on the K&L website to view this week's tasting schedule.
Here is our full list of items that are Back in Stock. Here you can browse all our recent additions on the website. It is offers like this where it pays off to be on our New and Back In Stock e-mails, as readers today will get a sneak preview of an exceptional Napa Cabernet library with our recent acquisitions from Castellucci. This collection features a pair of quintessential Rutherford bottlings alongside a four-vintage Spring Mountain vertical. Previously priced at $150 for the Rutherford and $200 for Spring Mountain, we're able to deliver them at approachable, everyday prices. This signature library purchase represents one of the top Napa Cabernet opportunities on today’s market. One of the most reliable Brunello producers, Castello Banfi, has released a benchmark value with their 2019 Brunello. Although Banfi could easily rest on their laurels, the winery continues to elevate the quality of their flagship release. The two 95-point scores are impressive, but when combined with a market-leading pre-arrival price, this Brunello is a surefire winner. A quartet of perfectly aged, top-flight Bordeaux rounds out today’s highlights. The 2000 vintage will be the main attraction, featuring landmark examples from Cheval Blanc, Léoville-Las Cases, and Ducru Beaucaillou. However, don’t overlook the 1998 Haut-Brion, recently awarded a WA100, which has been a well-kept secret among collectors.
