Climate battle requires comprehensive plan

A major new study published Thursday on the effectiveness of climate measures such as taxes or subsidies in reducing greenhouse gases has found stand-alone measures fail to make a big difference. Published in the journal Science, the study examined 25 years of public policies in 41 countries across six continents. Maduro asked the court earlier this month to weigh in on the election, in which he claims he beat Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia.

Chick-fil-A tests new automated concept

Atlanta-based fast food chain Chick-fil-A has opened a test concept restaurant that is drive-thru only with a kitchen above the lanes and a sophisticated conveyor belt system to move the food to a person serving customers on the ground level. Chick-fil-A said the location was designed to increase speed-of-service and simplify the drive-thru lane. The kitchen is two times larger than a typical Chick-fil-A's and the food conveyor system allows for a meal to be delivered every six seconds.
