Focusing on schoolwork, following your teacher's instructions, or even getting along with other kids are all really hard when you're hungry.

This is exactly what millions of children heading back to school right now are dealing with.

Today, we're kicking off a Back to School Drive to give every kid a chance to excel this school year and beyond.

Make a donation today to help provide kids with the food they need to learn and grow. Every $1 you donate can help fund up to 10 meals for kids and their families this school year.

Every child should have a chance to learn to the best of their ability, but that's just not possible when some kids are not getting enough to eat.

If you have saved your payment information with FastAction, your contribution will go through immediately when you click a button:

Not having enough food growing up can stick with a child their entire life. Struggling with classwork, difficulty forming lasting friendships, getting into trouble—all are made more likely by having insufficient nutrition, setting kids on a path that will put future accomplishments further out of reach like graduation, college, and more. But when kids are fed, they have the chance to excel in school—and you can help make that possible.

You can help provide a child with the food they need to thrive. When you make a gift of $25 or more to our Back to School Drive, your support can help get meals to kids and their families through the Feeding America network of food banks.

Please, donate before the Back to School Drive deadline of August 22 to make sure kids can focus on school—not where their next meal will come from.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Feeding America
