Meet Tom Ricketts

Tom founded InspereX (formerly Incapital) in 1999 and served as CEO until 2009, earning recognition as one of Institutional Investor Magazine’s “40 Most Influential in E-Finance” five times. He led his family’s bid for the Chicago Cubs, and under his leadership, the Cubs won the 2016 World Series, breaking a 108-year drought. Tom also spearheaded the $1 billion renovation of Wrigley Field and surrounding areas, receiving the Urban Land Institute Lifetime Achievement Award. He remains Chairman of Marquee Development and serves on various private and non-profit boards.
