Stracciatella is a version of fresh mozzarella that's been torn into fine shreds as part of the stretching process.
The word means "little rag" in Italian, referencing the look of the torn cheese.
It was developed in the 1920s in Andria, a commune in Puglia in southern Italy.

Serra da Estrela cheese is a cheese made in the mountainous region of Serra da Estrela in Portugal.
The paste is slightly soft, compact, creamy and dense, and of a white or pale yellow color. The taste is sweet, clean and slightly sour. These characteristics are naturally accentuated with aging.
The aged cheese has a persistent, pleasant flavor that is clean with a slightly sharp, slightly spicy, salty taste.

To give you a brief breakdown of what WTW is, it's an in-store wine sampling and seminar held at our physical store in Springfield, NJ.
While sampling wine is by far the best part, we also provide a fun educational side to the wine sampling that helps our customers understand the history, winemaking and the style of the particular wine in front of them.
