This month has had some of the highest highs and the lowest lows I've ever experienced. I got to snowboard in the Swiss Alps with my brothers and dad which was a bucket list trip! But had to return home to say goodbye to Pixel, our Boston Terrier. She's been part of our family for 13 years and my kids have only ever known life with her around.
So it's been a lot to try to process everything while still carrying on the daily duties of being a parent and business owner (which comes with a whole set of other stressors).
But I'm trying to take it one day at a time, and squeezing my wife and kids extra tight as we enjoy the little moments that make up life. ❤️

Here are 5 things I'm currently digging...
1.
This branding for Great Wrap caught my eye. It's an Australian company making cling wrap from food waste. The product category could have led to a pretty boring design, but I love that they added personality and flair to really make it stand out.
2.
I used to make origami cranes when I was younger, but these origami sculptures by Fynn Jackson blew my mind! I don't even understand how this is possible.
3.
I absolutely love this house built around a 12,000 year old boulder in the Catskills designed by Christian Wassmann. The longer you watch the video the more you see just how much thought was put into every aspect of the house. (Just wait until you get to the handrail part 🤯)
4.
This new album from
Future Islands has been getting a lot of play. Such a unique sound and energy 🎶
5.
I'm way late to the game, but I finally started watching The Bear and I'm hooked! The characters, the grit, the storyline, the chaos. Just go watch it. (Here's a great interview with the editor about why it's such an intense show)
