Ten Thousand has always embodied a stoic dedication to constant improvement—every day stronger, every day faster, every day Better Than Yesterday.
We don't believe in shortcuts, quick fixes, or overnight success. We believe everyone is a work in progress. We believe in failing, getting back up, and doing it again. Most of all, we believe in the value of doing hard things.
Why? Because the path of least resistance doesn't lead very far. Because our toughest challenges bring the greatest rewards.
Raining outside? Good. Let’s hit a long run. Commuting to the office? Skip the crowded train and ruck to work. Signed up for a race? Let’s do it in a weight vest. Two-a-days? Those aren't just for high school football.
Not everyone will get it at first. Intentionally getting outside your comfort zone takes courage, and courage has a funny way of being contagious. So get out there and set the standard.
We're stoked to announce Do Hard Things, a new series featuring our community of athletes taking on challenges that push them to raise the bar. Some challenges will be audacious, some might even break records, while others might just leave you scratching your head. But they all have one thing in common—people putting in the work, setting lofty goals, and choosing hard over easy. All in pursuit of becoming Better Than Yesterday.
Stay tuned for more.
