Launching with $20 million in seed funding from Patagonia, Home Planet Fund supports regenerative programs in the most critical regions, including areas others can’t or won’t serve.
The independent nonprofit will put every dollar donated directly into communities and solutions that work.
Many of the communities Home Planet Fund supports might not call what they do “nature-based climate solutions.” It’s just what they’ve done for generations.
