A note from Sarah LaFleur.

Hi there,

My mother believed in the magic of self-presentation—that clothing, worn right, has the power to transform not only the way others see you, but also how you see yourself. She taught me everything about dressing: how to find the right size, how to buy for quality (not quantity), how to accessorize, and most importantly, how to make getting dressed effortless and joyful.

Growing up, I never thought I would start a fashion company—the idea came to me while I was working in management consulting and feeling incredibly frustrated by the lack of clothing options that made sense for my life as a busy woman who is constantly on the go. I founded M.M.LaFleur to fill that gap, and named my company after the woman who taught me about the power and joy of style: M.M. is my mother’s nickname.

The nature of work is quite different today than it was when I founded this company, and our clothing has evolved along with it; we now offer Power Casual clothing for all aspects of your multidimensional life. Throughout our decade in business, our reason for being has stayed the same: We believe that when women succeed, the world is a better place. Our goal is to make getting dressed the easiest part of your day, so you can focus on defining and achieving your version of success.

Today, M.M.LaFleur has grown into what we hope is a truly supportive and inspiring network of remarkable women. We’re so glad you’re part of our community, and we can’t wait to help you build your wardrobe.

Warmly,

Sarah LaFleur
