The Carbon Steel Wok

Report after first use: OK, so I used the wok for the first time to make Szechuan green beans with bacon and shrimp. Compared to my old wok, the Misen was a JOY. Well designed, well balanced, cooked like a charm, handles stayed cool, the high sides made it fun to shake, stir and toss. No sticking at all. This pan is going to stay on my cooktop for good!
