Today, I’m excited to announce that we’re hosting our next In goop Health on April 20. This is our 11th (!) wellness summit. After all these years, for me, In goop Health still holds the spirit of why I started goop in the first place: to create space to share the extraordinary. It’s a day that brings together brilliant thought leaders, ideas that have the power to inspire us, and best-in-class products and tools that can enrich our lives. It’s a day when we get to be in community, in person, with you. And somehow, it has also become a day when I’ve agreed to take (almost) any question in a live Ask Me Anything session. One thing that’s special about this In goop Health is we’re hosting it at the Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad, California. You can come for the day or make a more restorative trip of it with the Weekender Pass. And after many requests over the years, the team has put together a new roommate experience, which I think would be so fun to do with a girlfriend. If you’re looking to get into an IGH state of mind leading up to the day: I highly recommend downloading the Moments of Space app.The cofounder Kim Little actually joined me at our last summit, and I’ve become obsessed with their transformative eyes-open approach. (So much so that I’ve recently come on as a co-owner and community director at Moments of Space.) I hope you find the practice helpful, too. And I hope to see you in April. Love, Gwyneth
