Hey there sleepers,

We believe in helping all of our customers and fans sleep better. Counting sheep works, but you know what works better? Reading legal documents. So this email is our gift to you. Sleep well, bedheads!

You see, our lawyers, who also happen to sleep very well, wanted to make sure you know that we have updated our Terms of Use. We have made changes to our dispute resolution terms, which describe how either of us may initiate an arbitration proceeding in the event of a dispute, how that dispute will be handled, and what rules govern our relationship.

You still with us? Don’t worry, some of us aren’t sure what that meant either. But we are told it is important for you and for us.

Please take a moment to review the updated Terms of Use at the link above. You’ll be sleeping like a baby when you finish. You’re welcome.

And one more thing (there’s always one more thing, right?). By continuing to use our services or website, you accept the updated Terms of Use. More details about your rights can be found in Section XVI of these updated terms. But of course you just reviewed the Terms of Use, so our apologies for being redundant.
